Before you embark on your hair journey to enhance your beauty and confidence with our premium hair extensions, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with our booking policy and terms & conditions. These guidelines have been put in place to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our valued customers. From booking procedures to pricing details, our T&C page covers everything you need to know to make the most of your Hair Candy experience. BOOKING POLICY
If this is your first time booking with us at Hair Candy and youβre wanting a hair transformation. We recommend booking in a free consultation with one of our stylists first.
Please be aware we require a deposit to confirm all other bookings.
48hr Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that all appointments will require a deposit to secure your appointment time. The deposit amount will be subtracted from your total cost on the day, and will only be held in the case of cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment.
Appointment Changes
You can change your booking 48 hours before your appointment by calling, or texting us. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of appointment will result in loss of deposit.
Deposits
Please be aware that all appointments will require a deposit to secure your appointment time. The deposit amount will be subtracted from your total cost on the day, and will only be held in the case of cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment.
If your appointment is over $450 - we will require a $200 holding deposit,
If your appointment is under $450 - we will require a $100 holding deposit.
If you are a regular returning client, we offer the option of a running deposit to secure your future appointment, however the same 48hr cancellation policy applies.
Warranty Packs
Experience peace of mind buy purchasing our 60-Day Extension Guarantee. Should any issues arise within the initial 60 days of having your extensions applied, reach out to us promptly. We'll assess and address concerns at our salon. Please note that natural wear and tear occur beyond this period, impacting the extension lifespan. If you've purchased our warranty pack during your extension service, you may qualify for replacements.
Please note if a warranty pack is not purchased at your initial appointment then you will not be eligible for replacements. Unfortunately, without a direct purchase from us, replacements and guarantees cannot be provided. Your satisfaction matters β contact us for warranty-related inquiries.
