How to Achieve the Beach Wave Hairstyle With Clip-In Hair Extensions

First, you need to get waving irons. Wavers are so important because this is how you curl your natural hair and hair extensions together.

Second, get hair extensions. Third, clip the extensions in by layers. Start from the bottom section of your hair and work your way up to the desired area (Pia prefers clipping the extensions only about halfway through). 

Fourth, start ironing your hair with the wavers. Again, layering is key. Start from the bottom section, preferably with thin layers so you’ll have more volume and curls by the end, and slowly iron to the ends of your hair. Add some hair spray to each layer to hold the curls in place. Continue the process until you reach the top layer.

To make your hair not look like it’s just been ironed by a waver and give it a little puff, roughly pull apart some sections of your hair by carefully running your fingers through them.
